Its a corner apartment, on the third floor, next to the parking lot.  You can see both of your cars from the Master bedroom window.

It is very close to the assigned parking.

2  consecutive parking, instead of one behind the other like the majority of the apartments.  Meaning you do not have to worry of parking order logistics!

Very closed to the mail boxes, you park and in the way up you pick your mail.  The vast majority have to cross the gate, temporarily park, pick the mail, and get back to the car again and park in their corresponding parking space.

Quite close to the recreational area which includes two swimming pools, a basket ball court,  gazebo, and play ground.
